Where Your Order Ships From

Your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability:

  • U.S. domestic shipping (no import duties):
    If the item is available in our U.S. warehouse, your order will be shipped within the United States. These are domestic shipments and are generally not subject to import duties.
  • Shipping from Taiwan (international shipment):
    If the item is not available in our U.S. warehouse (including pre-order or out-of-stock items), it will be shipped from Taiwan. These shipments are international deliveries and may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country’s customs rules.
  • Orders outside the United States:
    All international orders are shipped from Taiwan and may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs depending on local customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
